What is Process Cooling?

This is a unique methodology, which can be defined as a direct process end use where energy is utilized for lowering the temperature of certain substances in the manufacturing process.

Quality

Quality is deep rooted in the culture of Werner Finley. In tandem with global standards, we create all products, ensuring we pass on excellent value to our clients in the process. Therefore, random and planned quality checks and test runs are carried out before products are released for sale. These tests cover the following:

• Each product is subjected to thorough visual, dimensional & performance tests, which helps us warrant product reliability and overall quality.
• Test certificates of various sub-components used in creating end products like Air Floor Conditioner, Liquid Cooling Solutions, and others are provided by the respective manufacturer so that we can further keep a tab on the traceability of the built system.
• All systems house components are evaluated on parameters of insulation, proper fitting, alignment and aesthetics.
• Standard leak test and vacuuming done on each gas-filled product in line with approved standards and further tested and accessed on functionality and performance parameters by our own quality control experts.
  
  

Our quality checks are strictly done in compliance with the ISO standards and specifications, and products developed are released for market launch only if they meet all set criteria. Products that fail meeting these criteria are immediately rejected.

Management Team

J.R. Gundu Rao (Founder & Managing Director)

A Diploma holder in mechanical engineering with over 30 years of dedicated experience in defence and PSU manufacturing setups, engaged in maintaining high end CNC machines and other associated systems such as chillers and panel air-conditioners. From his 100 sq. ft. workshop, Mr. Rao formed Werner Finley with 3 other partners way back in the year 1986. The idea of starting a business of manufacturing process cooling systems took birth from his rich experience in defence. Under his able leadership, the company manufactured the first product of 1000 W panel air conditioners, for machine tool panel cooling application. Later, every other product on the catalogue evolved due to market demand and quality checks done under his committed efforts and dedication. Even today, he tirelessly looks for novel ideas and opportunities that are worthy of investments and spends a lot of his time supporting and assisting young entrepreneurs.

Viplov J G (CEO & Technical Director)

A BE in mechanical engineering, Mr. Viplov joined Werner Finley after completion of his graduation in 1998. By dint of his hard work, he worked his way up by engaging in production, design and sales functions, before being promoted to the role of CEO. He is instrumental in building the organizational structure and closely looks at the competencies at multiple organizational levels. He is always looking for the next big idea for catapulting Werner Finley to newer heights.

Sharath Kumar (COO & Finance Director)

A Diploma holder in mechanical engineering, Mr. Sharath joined Werner Finley in the year 1992. He has been instrumental in the transformation of the organization from workshop level to what it is at present. Mr. Sharath has worked in all aspects of the business, from production of Air Floor Conditioner, Liquid Cooling Solutions, Industrial Heat Exchanger, Inverter Screw Chiller, etc., service, design, sales and finance, to the overall management. He has excellent experience and know how of entire operations of the company, right from order realization to finance angles. He aspires to take the company to newer heights by holding fast to the values of the firm.

A N Prashanth (Director, Sales)

A BE in mechanical engineering and also an MBA in marketing, Mr. Prashanth joined Werner Finley in the year 2013, after working with Blue Star as Area Sales Manager and then with the renowned Tranter Heat Exchanger as the Vice President, Sales. He is credited with introducing and implementing the commercial cold-room vertical within Werner Finley. He carries a heavy mandate of boosting the sales of the firm across the domestic and global markets in the future by keeping quality and customer focus as priority.
